1. Program Description

AssetOps provides a marketplace platform for property owners to receive quotes and connect with service vendors. Our AI assistant, Alfred, sends transactional SMS messages to facilitate communications.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Consent & Opt-In

By creating an account, submitting a quote request, or responding to an SMS message, you agree to receive SMS messages from AssetOps and its vendors. You will receive transactional SMS messages only(verification codes, quote updates, project status, scheduling confirmations). Frequency: as-needed(typically 1–5 messages per active project).

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates apply from your wireless carrier. Rates vary by carrier and plan. AssetOps is not responsible for carrier charges.

Supported Carriers

This program works on most major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.). Some carriers may have additional limitations.

Opt-Out Instructions

To opt out of SMS messages: Reply STOP to any SMS, or text STOP to +1-833-976-3139.

Confirmation: You will receive an opt-out confirmation message.

Effect: You will no longer receive SMS messages after opt-out (except transactional messages required by law).

3. Opt-In & Consent Verification

We use a double opt-in process:

1. Explicit Consent: You check a box during account creation or quote submission.
2. Phone Verification: You receive a verification code via SMS and reply to confirm your phone number.
3. Recurring Consent: Continued use of the platform implies ongoing consent to transactional messages.

4. Platform Usage

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account signup
• Use the platform for legitimate property service purposes only
• Not use the service to send spam or harass others
• Comply with all applicable laws

5. Vendor Communications

AssetOps connects you with vendors but does not guarantee their services. Vendor communications and service agreements are separate from this platform. Review vendor credentials and contracts independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

AssetOps is provided "as-is." We are not liable for:

• SMS delivery delays or failures (carrier-dependent)
• Vendor performance or non-performance
• Loss of data or interruption of service
• Carrier charges or message/data rates

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, as permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
